Our experienced meeting planners are ready to help you plan your next special event with 12 years experience involving the creation of new and exciting theme parties, Christmas parties, special celebrations, fun activities and tours, teambuilding exercises and corporate meetings. We specialize in Catalina Island because we know it so well. We have already met many of you with our past experiences in the Event Planning business here on the Island. But, we are always ready to create new relationships with those who may need our assistance. Our main goal is to assist you in planning what you requested as a successful and memorable event. Let us offer our expertise by introducing you to the “nchanted Island”. The Beaches with their beautiful crystal clear waters, the many Restaurants, the Hotels, the famous historical buildings and just the feeling of leaving the hustle and bustle of the city. Our Island is so different, out town so quaint and safe and the Islanders so very friendly. Our main job is to listen to your idea and then as part of our services we can render · Assistance with the formulation of the plan · Select the perfect locations · Take care of any land or boat transportation, shuttle service, chartering of yachts and etc. · Reserve Hotels, meeting rooms and equipment · Arrange for Catering, food vouchers, restaurant reservations, special menus and/or decorations · Provide Meet and greet services if required · Suggest new ideas and ways to embellish a plan · Take care of all contract negotiations and payment to vendors · Set up teambuilding activities · Hire the entertainment, plan tours, arrange any special appointments · We’ll take care of the numerous details keeping the stress off of you! · But, most important, at the time of the event we will make sure that you can relax and enjoy yourself too!
