· Take care of any land or boat transportation, shuttle service, chartering of yachts and etc.

· Reserve Hotels, meeting rooms and equipment

· Arrange for Catering, food vouchers, restaurant reservations, special menus and/or decorations

· Provide Meet and greet services if required

· Suggest new ideas and ways to embellish a plan

· Take care of all contract negotiations and payment to vendors
